It’s National Salad Month—and we’re celebrating by giving your favorite Citrus Pear meals a cool, crisp twist! Whether you’re craving something light for lunch or need a quick way to use leftovers, these easy salads are your ticket to fresh flavor without extra effort.

Give these a try:

1. Sweet Teriyaki Kabobs → Asian Chicken Salad

Cook up your sweet savory kabobs and serve them with shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix, shredded carrots, red bell pepper, cucumbers, chopped green onions, cilantro, sliced almonds, and sesame seeds. Cook the leftover sauce thoroughly to use as the perfect tangy salad dressing.
